You're kidding yourself if you think they won't get into the weapons capabilities, if your in court. They will even get into the type of ammo you had loaded for self protection and it's ballistics. Bottom line for me is....In 48 years I've never needed a weapon to protect myself or anyone else, but if I ever do, I'm prepared and I will shoot to kill. I hope I'm never in that situation, but if I am, I will attack with all the fire power I have available and worry about courts later. If I ever pull a gun it will be out of fear for my life,my families life, or someone that is not able to protect themselves from a bad person. If someone was just stealing stuff, I could not shoot them for that, but If they were aggresive when I tried to stop them, and I feared for my safety, I'd smoke 'em!
