I use an Aurora by PrincetonTec...In fact I have 2, once I find my deer, I hang the other on a tree limb, so I can get the 4-wheeler to it and haul it out...
For tracking, I bought a LED tactical light from Lowe's Hardware that used 3 AAA batteries...I can't remember the name, I think it's made by Coastal....It was $47 bucks...The nicest thing is you can adjust the beam size (like a MagLight)....This helps when tracking, because I have seen some that are so bright they "wash out" the blood trail...Other than a Coleman, this is the best tracking light I have ever used...It's only about 4 inches long. so it's easy to keep on you...
