RE: Pa mentored youth hunt
I think we need less rules and we should allow the parents to decide. I just spent a morning at the range with my 9 yr old nephew who was shooting a 223 and a 270 just great. Seemed to just follow our instructions, no target panic. He has spent days and days in the outdoors and I think will be a great hunter.
