I told the story about the last buck I shot.....that my first hit in him was a spine shot. While I was talking to brknarrow about it today.....I noticed the arrow that first hit him. The BH was sheared off at the ferrul. I've never heard of that.

So...when we went over to field dress Frank's doe.....I went down to look at the carcass of the buck to see if I could find the BH. here's what I found.....
