I've heard people say that you shouldn't shoot 2 3/4 shells from guns that are chambered for shells up to 3 1/2, like the Mossberg 835, because its not safe and it also affects accuracy. I can't really believe this is true, because why would gun makers make the guns toshootthe different sizes if it weren't safe or effective?
Also, I read thisarticle other day (link below) where a guy tested different size shells and could tell no noticable difference in the patterns from one size shell to the others.

I just wonder what everyones take is on this, because I am hunting with an 835 this season, and I was planning to use 2 3/4 sabots.
