Matt - you're probably right. I don't know of anyone who's hunting under 285 grains, nor do I know of anyone hunting over 625. Some addages in life are true, and one of them is "if you're not leading, then you're following." I've always pushed the envelope and tried to take my own approach, even if it's met with some resistance. These arrows are truly the cutting edge of the sport - just neat to be the guy out there doing something different.
I'm sure you can relate, bro. I bet you've have had guys snicker and sneer when you told them that your huntingarrowsare scaring the 700 grain mark. "Ohhh, that's WAYYY too heavy and slow..." Nothing beats proving somebody wrong, or showing the world that your way works, even if you took a different approach.
