if your shots are under 100 yards the Lightfields are great, but if your going to have a chance at shots over 100 yards, then the SSTs are the way to go.

A friend of mine is a shooting guru, I was using the Lightfields out of my 11-87 slug gun with great results, but we are going on a trip this year, and of course I'm taking 2 shotguns with me, the H&R will be the main gun, the 11-87 as a back up. Anyway, our shots can be over 100 yards, so I asked him what would work good with the 11-87, he said as we all know must try different brands, but the SSTs in 12ga, aren't as good as there 20ga., so with the 12ga, he said to try either the Remington Core-Lokts or the Winchester Partition Golds, they are equal in performance overall, the Remingtons are much more expensive. Well I sighted the 11-87 in with the Winchesters, and got excellent results
