i have never shot a Q2 but the best way to express the new cam 1/2 for me is draw, close your eyes, hit the release, and you wont even know you shot until you here the bow hit the floor. i shot the razortec and the ultratec and bought the ultratec(i wanted a longer bow) the ones i tested were out of the box with a rest added. i have a 2001 magnatec and the grip on it is bigger. the smaller grip on the 2003 i need to get used to or just buy the bigger one for the new bow. hope this helps
