Scott,I used 3" glass for the bottom piece and 3 1/2' for the top.You will find that the zebrawood is very hard to sand.I' d like to start making my own wood pots but I need to talk the wife into buying me a lathe first.I' ll be watching for the pics of your sassafrass calls.
