Well, I just got in my new strings from Gibblet aka Bucknasty. They look great.
Anyway, the reason I bought them was to have in case something happened during season and I needed new strings. Now I'm wondering if I should go ahead and put them on? My bow is tuned and shooting perfectly. If I don't put them on now then it won't happen until January.
Now to the how-to...
I already screwed up and took the strings out of the package and they have probably untwisted from the length they should have been. Thats not really a big deal, just made it that much harder on myself. I also plan on taking pictures of string/cable/cam orientation and ATA, BH, peep, d-loop measurements. I'm also going to make some pencil marks on the cams in relation to the limbs.
If I take all of these precautions...should I be okay? How do I know if I get my drawlength correct? Should I make a draw board?
Help me out here fellas.
