You can get rid of alot of this by shooting in the biscuit about 100 shots. Are you using the b-2 biscuit or the old style black biscuit ? Another trick instead of sanding your arrows use a little armorall wipe your arrows. This also assist's in removing them from the target. I do this with all my arrows. I shoot beman ics 400 and goldtip pro hunters. Some arrows as previously mentioned are rougher than others.
