RE: I need help picking out a shotgun
i myself and am 13 and smaller than you(5 foot 4 135 lbs.) and easily take the recoil of 3" turkey loads out of a remington 12 gauge pump. holds up well in wet and cold( try turkey hunting in the rain and iowa deer in dec,very cold). love my gun. shooting slugs from the bench is fairly painful though.i prefer remington 870's. i would go with express mag used for a basic gun. maybe a supermag.synthetic stock too.
