I won't use anything else. We took 3 knight rifles all equipped as exact same as we could and compared powders side by side. We compared black powder,pyrodex,777,and american pioneer powder. Pellets and loose powder was both tested for accuracy,consistantcy,velocity,fouling,and ease of cleanup. The american pioneer powderwas by far the best overall with virtually NO fouling buildup.
