But you did associate "doing nothing" with shooting a 1.5 year old buck.......I doubt that was by accident.
Everthing being equal prior to the day in the stand then the early riser worked harder...duh.
Agreed...........I wonder why we never see anyone applaud (or even mention) "work" unless a big buck is involved??
I made this example because you said it was not working for it.
I don't think it is..........the planting of the food plots and whatever else you want to throw in the mix is not what got him those bigger deer........simply not shooting anything for a couple years will get you a big deer if you have enough land.........you could do nothing else and that would still happen.........take away the food plots, land management blah blah blah and you still will drop a big boy if nothing gets killed for a few years..........the opposite is not true.
I don't see that as work............I see it as waiting. Nothing more then a trade off.
