Sorry David.....and I agree with your assertion. I wouldn't make the statement I did if others had access to th eland I hunt. And I had encounters with a 3.5 yr old or older on almost 10 occasions.

Given that many encounters every year.....I feel like I could take one if I wanted to. I might be proven wrong. This is a doe excursion this year....and I have no expectations.
