Well I beg to differ. Having had one of those carbon risers explode on me while the bow was just laying there, I disagree. Yes I mean a brand new caron riser with less than 100 shots on the bow, the riser literally exploded into two different pieces about 2 inches below the top limb bolt. Not cracked but snapped and flew in to two seprate pieces. I made them send me a brand new aluminum 4Runner which I immediately sold. The only reason I bought one in the first place was because I liked the idea of the carbon riser. After, my difficulties I called all the dealers in Memphis (the largest city in Tennesses the state HCA is based in) and no one carried HCA any longer because there customer service was so bad. Same thing in Little Rock (the largest city in Arkansas). However, dealers in both cities told me of reports of the carbon risers exploding!
