For the last few weeks I have been using the LP Archery Sight Light on my target bow and now I can finally see the pin.
Up untill yesterday I had only been shooting with it indoors and at our practice range but decided to wait untill I had used it in competition before making any comments on it.
Now the light is not cheap it cost me $136 but if you want quality then you pay for it.
I was using an Extreme scope with a center drilled lens and the Extreme light but still had a lot of trouble seeing the pin even tho I concentrate on the spot I want to hit and blurr the pin.
My set up now is a CR Apex scope 6x lens down Razor pin clear fiber with the LP Archery Blue light so the pin actually shows up blue
I used it for the first time yesterday at the TX ASA State Championship and what a difference it made being able to have a blurred pin
specially on those targets that where tucked away in the shade while shooting from bright sunlight not to mention shooting from shade into sunlight.
I do believe that Larry makes a hunter version as well.

The light is fully programable not only for brightness but also how long it stays on, I have mine set for 30 seconds which is my average shot sequencetime so if the light goes out and I have not got the shot off then it is time to let down take a couple of deep breathes and start again.
I ordered the mounting bracket for it aswell and mounted it between my sight mounting bracket and rest. I have seen others who have had the control box mounted to their sight bar but when I tried that it changed the balance of the bow ever so slightly and I want my target bow balanced perfectly.
When I decided on this light I called Larry and spoke to him in length about his product and let me tell you Larry is one of the nicest guys I have spoken too on the phone even tho he did not know me from a bar of soap
He answered all my questions and even made a couple of suggestions that to be honest I had not thought of, he was in no way trying to get me off the phone even tho he was getting ready to head off for one of the IBO National shoots.
He sent me the light package the same day I ordered it and sent it express even tho I told him I was not in a great hurry for it, he also said that if I had any trouble installing it to call him and he would walk me through the install process but there was no need for that because the instructions where in very good detail with pictures so I also had a visual on what the instructions where.
I will rate this product 10 out of 10 and will have this light on all my target bows from here on in.
