Dont use compressed cardboard. It works but the target will weigh a ton and arrows are really , really hard to remove[:@]I found soft foam compressed between two 2 x 6 work alot better. Not stirofoam but foam that is softer. Do a search and youll probally find your answers. If shipping to my door wasnt a 100 bucks Id buy the Morell Yellow Jacket Brodhead target.
