RE: round up application
First, to save some $, I'd recommend using a generic glyphosate (instead of "Round-up"). Since the patent expired, there are many available products that will work just fine. I've used one called Glyphos. Second, the rates will be listed on the container. They are usually expressed as ounces required per acre in X gallons of H2O. Typical rates are 44-88 ounces of product applied in 5-10 gallons of water per acre. Rates applied vary with hose and nozzle size, nozzle #'s, pressure used, pump type and ground speed.
