Check out the Sportsmans guide. I have 7 of there 20 ft ladder stands. They are around $120 each. I got mine on sale for $117. These stands are very comfortable and stable. I even add a extra section of ladder so I am at 25ft. I am able to put these stands up by myself by hanging a pulley in the tree and then simply pull the stand into position.
