Although Deer season is closed
I was reminded again last night of one of the main reasons I hunt. My wife had a big pot of deer chili cooked with red beans, fried taters, cornbread, sliced white onion and some cayenne peppers, and a jug of sweet tea. Had chocolate cake and blue bell ice cream to wash it all down with, it was so good I went home and worked on the left overs at lunch today, probably finish it off tommorrow.
Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
