Barnes MRX Bullet
I thought it was an interesting article in this month's NRA American Hunter magazineabout the history of the Barnes bullets and their newest Barnes MRX. The author of the articles spoke highly of the design (copperalloy, grooves,or course the BT, etc.)that results in the high ballistic coefficient, controlled expansion and flatter trajectory than before.
It'll be interesting after we've heard for a year or two of people's experience with all sorts of big game how they compare to "bonded" bullets and others for high penetration and good quality of holding most of their orginal weight after impact like Accubond, Failsafe and a number of others that have shown they perform well already with heavy boned thick hide big game.
