RE: Garlic, zinc and vitamin B
Garlic is an old one, but I don't know if works. Might for some and not others, or not at all. I eat a lot of fresh garlic anyway, so I don't bother with the pills. But B1 and zinc? No idea. I do know that zinc's good for your manhood. You excrete a lot of it when you excrete, well, you know.
