I have owned one BOSS equipped rifle and will never own another.The noise with the standard BOSS is so extreme that even a single shot without hearing protection can cause permanent hearing damage.I also found that I can get several other rifles to shoot smaller groups without the need for a BOSS.Lastly,the BOSS equipped rifles have shorter barrels that result in less velocity.
