Default RE: G5 MONTEC vs. NAP HELLRAZOR

They're two completely different heads, despite the fact that they may look the same.

The Montec is made using an injection molding process, which basically from my understanding takes a powdered metal and through a bonding and heating process hardens it into one solid piece.

The HellRazor is also a 100% stainless steel broadhead, however itis photon welded, the same process used on it's bigger brothers better known as the Razorcaps. The blades are .040" thick, which I believe is thicker than that of the Montec, which from what I have gathered has .010" thick blades which seems awful thin to me. Anyone know if that's right??

Any and every short 3 blade cut-on-contact resharpenable broadhead is going to look similar - there's no way for them not to. Change the cutouts, the color, or the shape of the ferrule but you're still going to end up with a broad that looks pretty dang close to the rest of them.
