Thanks. I was using a Gopro so I couldn't zoom. Need to start looking for a good cheap camera that has a view screen and the zoom capability for sure. I used the program on the computer to zoom in as far as I could but if I go much more it starts to look too fuzzy. Do you have any advice on a camera? Oh and I'll take all the constructive criticism I can gen lol. I am just getting started in the filming my hunts and I never realized how difficult it can be at times lol

Very nice!

I have been out a few times, but no good opportunities to speak of yet. Will stay at it every chance I get.

My season starts in the morning. Will be in my blind by 5:30! Went and checked cams today, and set up another blind. Got lots of pics of strutting toms!!

Good luck, Big Daddy! (It is weird to call another man Big Daddy, even if through the inter webs.)

I'll be out in the woods again tomorrow morning.

Default slim pickins

This time last year I was tagged out, it's been hard hunting this year. Going to hit it hard this weekend. Good luck to all my fellow Rejects.

Well, the turkeys win day 1 of my season. This morning was pretty quiet, only had 2 birds gobble back to me, and they were a long way away. Tonight I saw 1 bird, but I couldn't tell what it was. Im working in the morning, and then I will be out in the afternoon.

Scored on this Jake today a little after 4:00. I had only been in my blind for about 10 minutes, and made one call sequence, looked up and here they came. There was 6 of them, all jakes. This one was the only one that had a beard. I have had a ton of guys tell me this is a bearded hen, not a jake. Anyone else care to chime in on this?

Weight:12 pounds
No spurs
Beard: 8"

Total Score 28? Is that right?

Do I have to post it in the score thread? Or does the captain do that.
