I hear you Dave.. It is the same thing every year on one tea, or another.. People sign up and then never come on the teams for some reason..

I have suggested we use a formula to take out those names who don't show.
Easy to do via an excel sheet.

Just looking for ways to make it fair for all who Want to participate.

I know this won't due any good now but have you tried only allowing participants with a minimum amount of posts? Some forums use this with decent success.
