I'm still in the game til February. I hunted PA Bear Archery season. I shot a 200lb on the first day . I hit in in the shoulder area. The arrow was buried up to the flectings . The Bear ran 60 yards and went into a HELL HOLE Swamp. I went back the next day to track and never found it. To say I'm disappointed would be a Huge understatement. I got plenty of time to try and score a Deer for the team
. I hunt Ohio in late January and PA and Nj are open til January early February. Good luck get back later.

Dang I was way off. But congrats!!!

This weekend I am taking my fiance out to try and get her first deer, I am hoping to get tagged out quick as possible so that I can get back to my hunting. I may even switch to trying some public ground as I found a piece that seems to hold a lot of deer with no pressure from hunters. Hopefully that will pan out and I can get on the board.

Fortunately I still have a tag left to go after one of the big boys. May try to head out and hunt Wed, then again the wknd of the 19th. Season runs til 1/15, but not sure if I'll have a chance to get out in January.

No more deer, but did take a turkey this past weekend.

Has anyone been hunting in 2016?

I took the fiance out muzzleloader hunting at the end of 2015 but we had about as much luck as the rest of my season. All Deer seasons are closed now in Nebraska so time to kill some geese
