Not a good day, off work late last night so made it to the woods late. Shortly after getting set up had a tom come in. I drew back and let one go and it made a funny noise and flew funny also. I cought the bottom part of the blind with the arrow. This has been a rough season, one more day to get it done

Nice work RJP! Gives us some more points and he'll be tastey i'm sure.
No luck for my niece this past weekend. Had a big group of birds roosted on the property to the south of me but couldn't get em to play nice. Sat. morn Had 2 strutters break off from the group, they wanted to come to us but just wouldn't commit. Had em struttin and gobblin for about 15 min. but wouldn't budge. At least she got a little excitement, got to hear lots of gobbles and see some birds, she had fun. Now its time to get the boat wet and catch some fish!
How many are still hunting?

I put down a nice upgrade this morning. Not a lot of gobbling going on today, but this guy, another gobbler, and two hens came in this morning. My buddy had his bow ready, but he got spooky at about 20 yards, so I dusted him with the gun.

26 lbs, 12 oz
Right Spur: 1" Left Spur: 1.125"
Beard: 10.25"

Your score is 26.75 + 10 + 11.25 + 20.5 = 68.5
