I'm sorry, I'm kind of new/inactive but what exactly are the requirements and how do i sign up?

you just say sign me up and you will be added to the list. The requirements are that once you are placed on a team, you have to check in on the team thread. Teams will be drawn on March 1st. I will add the rules to the forum soon. There is no cost to enter, just be an active participant on your team.
