Folks, just a quick explanation, Western shot 2 nice bucks but unfortunately he failed to notify my or have one of his teammates let me know he had taken a buck but will be delayed in posting within the required time frame.

As for the second buck, this issue has come up in past contest and was determined that a second buck would not be allowed to be substituted for the first.
