Thanks, it was a fun hunt for sure. Had my buddy sitting next to me and he also harvested a doe about 20 minutes later. Made for a late night of cleaning but the back straps are on the grill for everyone at work to eat for lunch!

I haven't had any luck yet. My buddy shot this one in Maryland last night. It's a 12 point that dressed out at 235 lbs. He didn't score it yet but guessed it would be around 165. I've also attached a trail cam pic he had of him when he was in Velvet.
I've been trying to persuade him that he needs a hunting partner on this property.

Dang you Scott for doing that!! My heart was jumping for joy for ya. I thought that was your buck before I read the story. Keep at it and you'll get one.

Well I am back early from the antelope hunt. My dad and I both got our bucks yesterday!! It was a good thing because some nasty weather set in today. Here is the pics.

I shot a nice doe tonight. She came walking down the edge of the corn field and smelled where I walked in. Then she turned around and walked back where she came from and decided to turn into the woods. This actually gave me a better shot. She stopped at about 6 yards and I dropped her in her tracks. It was a littler higher than what I wanted but it worked.
