Countin the days. Our weather took a slight turn. Cooler temps but like clock work the birds are showing in the fields and doin the ritual. Can't wait to get the youth hunters out the 21 st and 22nd. Hope the weather is better this year. We took some birds last year. But had to contend with rain and wind. The blinds definitely made it more tolerable. Gonna be fun either way.

I only get in the woods on the weekends but since I started going out on March 17th they've been gobbling pretty good.

Hearing them gobble behind the house every morning. Is testing the sanity. This morning it sounded like a pretty good fight was goin on.
