I would at least give it a try if you are not in to much pain. Get a trigger stick and go get one.

This morning was a bust. Hot,humid, cloudy, and windy. Not the best turkey hunting conditions. Did not hear or see a single bird. Going to try it again this afternoon.

Well I passed on two nice jakes with 5 to 6 inch beards. The birds hammered away almost everytime I called. It was unbelievable how vocal they where. I'm guessing they where with hens and they where not going to come in. That is why the jakes showed up. These two jakes just continued to google when I had them to the decoys. I had a 10 yard shot at either one but will try tomorrow and see what happens.

SB
How did you do today??????
