Shot a button buck this morning. Saw a couple more throughout the day but didn't have a decent shot on any. This was at a special draw antlerless only hunt in North East Ohio. Shot it at 40 yards with a mossberg 695 and Remington accutip slugs.
So 50 points on the antlerless, and another 50 for being first deer in the contest woot woot!

Welcome pluckit, got you added as checked in! We're off to an early lead this year, so let's keep it rolling! I'm going to send messages to the people who haven't checked in yet. Hopefully they show up.

Well guys MZ season opens this weekend. All day Saturday and Sunday morning I'll be hunting 100 yards away from where this pic was taken, even better, where I watched him at 70 yards while bowhunting last weekend.

This pic was taken where I'm gonna sit Sunday evening. These guys are too yound but there are big deer there.

And the best news of all-this buck was seen yesterday and predicted 170ish!

Here are some other shooters

Peak checking in and sorry for taking so long. I've been hunting with the bow pretty good lately. Also put me as Wisconsin please not Maryland. Thx

Did we win anything last year for this?

Peak, the only thing we won is returning to defend this year, so let's get it done! Ha! It's all for fun, no prizes or anything. Good to have you again this year.

Sounds good and I'm down with repeating. I will be using the gun starting Nov 17th here in Wisconsin.
