Craig, Central Texas, checking in for team 7. Sorry for the late check in I've been working out of town for three weeks. I'm hunting on 230 acres, first year on this lease. I've been scouting a little and have seen some good movement through the place. We finally got some much needed rain down here (4.5"), hopefully it will replenish the two tanks on the place. This is my first year on the deer contest, best of luck to the team.

Fine with me also. My muzzleloader week starts this weekend, but the bucks really haven't been moving good so far, but it shouldn't be too long before they do. I've seen plenty of does, and have taken two so far with my bow. I may take one more doe, but hopefully the bucks will become active soon. Maybe I can score one for the team soon. Got a doe with my muzzleloader yesterday evening and didn't even think about taking a picture with it. It never even crossed my mind. I just screwed us out of 25 points. Sorry guys, I just wasn't thinking. Hopefully I'll make it up with a nice buck. Some team name suggestions ( Antler Allegiance, Last Grunt)
