Red face

Blake
I just cut the antlers off him and use them next year for rattling. Not one for mounting antlers, mainly for the meat, might if I ever get one over 200 and then do a skull mount for the garage. Wife won't allow head mounts in the house,LOL. Thinks it's cruel,go figure!

I am but haven't been out much. This weekend is the 2nd shotgun season. I hope to go out & hang a stand sunday & hunt it on monday when bow opens again. This is a stand that I will have to get in early & stay all day. Deer travel this ridge all day & bed on both sides of it.

I think this will be my best spot for a buck in the late season.
