I managed to bag a Kansas bird this morning. Not the biggest bird around but still an adult tom.

Here are his numbers
16 lb. 8 ounces
both spurs 7/8
beard is 8 1/2 inches
16.5+8.75+8.75+17=51

Hey Ezbagr! Good shootin'! Man, you guys are starting to make me wish I had more tags and a longer season. Y'all think there are enough noodles to go with all these birds we've shot?

Congrats to all who have scored a bird since I last checked. Kind of in a rush right now to get packed for work in Kansas. Leaving in the morning. Yeah, you know I'm getting my tag when I get there. I'll squeeze in hunting time before or after work. lol Missouri season ended last sunday, but it wasn't a total skunk for me. I did get this bearded hen before it was over. So chalk up another bird and not sure how many pts we give a hen. Always measure a tom by the longest hair on the beard, even if the majority is shorter, so her beard is 7 in, weight is 11 lb 5 oz.

If you score a hen same as a tom and just leave the spur box blank, then she is::

Your score is 11.3125 + 0 + 0 + 14 = 25.3125

If you aren't able to score your quarry for whatever reason, identify if your bird is a Hen, Bearded Hen, Jake, or Tom, and you can use this table if you're unable to score:

2. Bearded Hens 15 points,
2 Lunger, I want us to get every point possible. This 15 pt is only if you don't take the time to score it. Mine actually scored 25.3125.
