Called in 5 jakes the other day. Let them all walk. Might have taken a shot at one of them if I had been carrying my bow but I had my shotgun. I'll be out hopefully Friday/Saturday.

Well, I've decided to call it a year. Thunderstorms moved into where I was going to hunt, and don't feel like driving 5 hours for that. Definitely not one of my better years, but did put down a bigger bird than I've shot in the last 4 years. Positive is I'm sitting much better for next year on Private land, than this year hunting mostly Public. Good luck to those still hunting.

Hey guys, got the stickers yesterday, FINALLY!!!! They will be going out in the mail Monday the 7th. At least to those who have sent me addresses. I have way more stickers than addy's so if anyone else wants one p.m. me soon! Thanks for another great contest guys, tho we didnt put up many numbers it was still alot of fun to follow along with your seasons. Hope to see all in this thing again next yr. I wish the best to all of ya in whatever you do!
