I still got tags. Stinken weather is screwing me up. Trying to switch my days off to Wednesday/Thursday next week to avoid the Thunderstorms. If I can get out there, I should put 1 more down. Problem is the roads more than anything. They get rain on those Iowa Class B's, there are mean.

Anyways, yeah I'm still hunting. I have about two and a half weeks left. I've been out when I can, in between work and other things. Had a few going today, but couldnt seal the deal. I'll be out hopefully Tuesday to try again.

I changed my day offs from Sunday/Monday to Wednesday/Thursday to accomadate the weather. Should be good to go if nothing moves in that the weather guys don't see.

Well, I've decided to call it a year. Thunderstorms moved into where I was going to hunt, and don't feel like driving 5 hours for that. Definitely not one of my better years, but did put down a bigger bird than I've shot in the last 4 years. Positive is I'm sitting much better for next year on Private land, than this year hunting mostly Public. Good luck to those still hunting.
