Going back out tomorrow afternoon. Supposed to be real windy, but I've killed them before on windy afternoons. I'll be hunting this weekend also. I'm off next week and will be helping two hunters get there first bird. If I haven't gotten my 2nd bird by then, I will hunt some myself. I will be off to Texas on the 2nd to hunt the opening weekend of the north zone.

my season starts the 18th. thats still a long time away for me. seems the birds here are still in winter flocks and not bustin up at all yet. i saw 15 longbeards last sunday while shed hunting. good news is there are going to be alot of 3 year old birds on the farms i hunt. central ohio is loaded with them
