Team 6 - Weclome to your team thread! As we have more people sign up (in the alternate sign up thread) we will add more people to the teams.

Everyone needs to check in on this team (by posting here, on this team thread, so we know you're still in the contest).

First order of business is to pick a team captain. Each person should nominate a teammate that you think would be a good leader. Team Captain will score each turkey killed (NWTF Score) and post each hunter's bird (with pictures) in the results thread.

I am here! Ready to win this bad boy! I will be hunting KS, IN and KY this year.

Checking in. Will hunt in Ks, and hopefully NE. KS season starts April 1st. Don't know much about posting pictures on forum so would preferr not to be a captain, but would if no one else wants to.

Where in Kansas do you normally hunt?

If you are aksing me, it is my first trip to KS. I will be near El Dorado.

Checking in. I'm not the one turkey hunting. Your team member is my son fieldmousejr. Please make the correction. I just checked today and he got picked for both youth hunts the first 2 weekends in April. He will be going out with our neighbor. I'm taking his friend out with me. Good luck team. E is a good turkey hunter.

I live about 2 1/2 hours north of El Dorado. If it is like north Central Kansas you won't have a hard time getting on birds.

BTW I can also help the captain or be one if you all need be, unless there is someone who wants to do it. You do you can have it, just offering.

Great news! I have a "guide" out there. He has a small bow shop in El Dorado and is helping put us on birds.

DTO if we can we aught to meet up for coffee or something when I get out there if it can work out.
