Ken - I've been in that situation!!! Guys talk all big & bad, then all they wanna do is drink & can't get their butts outta bed when it's time to do what we came to do!

I enjoy drinking and hanging out as much as the next guy - but I don't let it affect my hunt.

No joy, had 2 birds talking this morning, could'nt seal the deal. this afternoon took # 3 son out saw 4 jakes and a hen but could'nt get them in either. Got a call from the Shaw AFB wildlife manager this afternoon and was told that unless they pass the budget hunting on the bombing will be canceled for the weekend. And that sucks!!!

No luck lately, heard some birds but it's public land and they are getting call shy. thursday night son got a DUI, they closed the bombing range because of the budget and the eyes fell off my hen decoy. could use a change in luck.
