i promised my little girl a pair of antlers this season and i havent gotten a shot at a buck all year long. so i would like to make it up to her by taking her looking for shed antlers. my problem is i have never gone looking for sheds, and i have no idea when a good time would be. if someone could tell me when a good time would be that would be great. i kinda know they start losing them right about now but i am not really sure about that. i imagine the sheds would be in areas where the deer bed down but not completely sure. if i could get some advice i would really appreciate it. thank you for any advice you can give me.
