I also hunted this morning but saw nothing. Heading out for 4 days in LaSalle County. Have to at least earn a buck by taking a doe there. Should not be a problem based on scouting.

ive been seeing does. shot at one the other day but my arrow hit a limb, deflected, and stuck in a tree. So when i went to pull the arrow out of the tree, I found blood on the leaves. It puzzled me for a minute. THEN I remembered I shot a squirrel out of that tree earlier that day :P.......The doe was standing about 8 feet away from that tree. LIMBS are bad. lol

I am hunting the eastern shore of Maryland I have 6 different farms to hunt I will upload some trail cam pics to show you guys, its been kinda slow besides tonight 10/8/2010 i missed a 140 class night point sit my pin for 40 yards because i forgot my range finder and shot a hair over him.. my cell is 410 726 2457 text me if you guys do any good it will make time go by faster when I am on stand.

powellville, I was surprised when I checked out the P&Y/B&C records and saw how many book bucks come from Maryland. Seems to be the top eastern state for big bucks. Seemed like for numbers per square mile it was even higher than Illinois.
