10 days and I will be hunting

I should be interesting
As several corn feilds are about to be harvested also

If I am running the sheller
I will take the bow

As it is legal to hunt off farm equipment
Dad shot a decent buck a few years back while combining beans

Opening day, saw a lot of deer this morning, no shooter bucks though. Went out this afternoon and started thinking how hungry I was around 6pm (old men like to eat alot). Then lunch showed up around 6:15pm))))

Sorry about the cheezy cell phone pics but I remembered everything else when I packed to hunt except the darn camera.))

My season starts Sat. but unfortunately I have to work Sat. I am very excited to get out there, especially now that I got permission to hunt a piece of land that I found a set of shed antlers from a buck that would have scored close to 160 last yr. I seen two dandy bucks on this property while scouting about a month ago. Good luck to all!
