Hey guys,
Haven't checked the cameras this week yet, but the last few days have been productive as far as seeing a few more in the evenings. We did get several inches of rain this week and I know my clover I just put out is going to enjoy it.

My phone # is 573.645.0147 Just shoot a text if you are bored in the stand. I know I may send to you guys.

Now, down the pics. I finally decided to go the pohotobucket route and here are two of the deer I am going after. The 8 is a little younger, but still fits the bill for a shooter in my book. Enjoy

Only 11 days left!

I Set up 3 mocks scrapes this past July 30th and I've been refreshing them about every 7-10 days and the deer are hitting them pretty good. Problem was I was using a older crappy moultrie and getting pretty much blank pics. I switch game cams and went out Friday to refresh the scrapes and pulled the card and I got one of the bucks that was checking it out.

Peak... probably about half the buck I have seen are missing most if not all of their velvet. A bit early this season but isn't unusual around here right now.

I'm not going to lie. I haven't even shot my bow yet this year. I'm off today though so I'm gonna see if it's still sighted in from last year.

Slacker! I've been killing groundhogs in my food plot with the bow all summer.

Getting close... 2 more weeks and I will be in Ohio for their opener. Been shooting at 60 yds over the past 3 weeks- just for practice not to shoot at deer that far. My 40 yd group is now about the size of the top of a soda can with 3 arrows. I am pumped for this to start!
