Here is my story.
I hunted close to home on the evening of the 6th, I havent hunted this patch of woods much this year, I knew the weather was about to change so I wanted to be out there. I sat for 3 hours before I seen my first deer, a small buck, he milled out about 60 yards and then went into the woods to my left, it was around 4:00pm when I caught movement to my left, I figured it was the small buck and looked over to see a really nice tall buck looking out into the crp, he stepped out at 22 yards, I pulled back and let the arrow fly, whack, I shot to far back. I knew it wasnt my best work so I waited till morning, the weatherman said light snow flurries, I woke up to a mini blizzard, 3" on the ground and falling fast.. I rounded up 2 of my hunting buddies and we got out there alittle after daylight, we just walked and looked everywhere, he had circled back around and was 100 yards from where I had shot. He was down and I was a Very happy hunter thats for sure..TEAM 19- Brotherhood of the Bow-image-2-.jpg

Nice bucks jerm and opel. My hunting has been over for a month and a half now and I am already feeling the need to get back out and hunt already. September can not get here soon enough.
