Nice to get some work done for a good cause outside! The weather today is really nice and making me want to be hunting. (5 more hours and I will be there) Highs in the mid 60's and lows in the low 40's. I love this time of year.

Heeeee's Baaaaack!!! a nice 9 point that I arrowed two years ago is back again. He is really not any bigger, but we have alot of history. I have pictures of him from the last 4 years. I'll try and post some pictures tomorrow. have one good 8, one good 9, and a decent 8. Come on October 1st!!!!

My OH hunt is off...long story and very dissapointing... oh well... i'll do my best around here boys!

Well the weather didn't help things out this last weekend. It was foggy and I couldn't see 50 yards in front of me both Saturday and Sunday all morning until about 1:00 in the after noon. Seen three bull elk, 2 whitetail bucks, and 4 mule deer bucks within about a half hour one evening. One of the whitetail bucks was a shooter but didn't get close enough for a shot. There were two good mule deer bucks 4x4's but they just were not big enough yet. Had alot of fun. Elk bugling all night next to the camper. Wish I could have connected on one. Maybe in Oct or Nov.

Going to be out of the hunting game for awhile, start hauling fish next week, 7 days a week, 12-16 hours a day for a month and a half, I will get a few days here and there, but should be done by the rut!!!

Jerm... those are some nice bucks there! you'd make the papers around here w/ any of those! And what a sack! He will probably let you shoot him since he's probably so sore! lol
Checked my NY camera yesterday... damn bear knocked it down and over again!. Had the camera out for 3 weeks.. he knocked it down on the 4th day!!! Ugh... several doe pics... then the bear... then 300 picks of a mouse at night under the camera on a log!!! a few turkey and fawn pics right under camera...
I will have to kill that bear...

Ok... OH bowhunt is back on... going 1 week later now... will be hunting Oct 20-26 or so...
