Here is what I came up with

-----------Right-- Left
Main Beam 21 -------21 2/8
G1 --------3 1/8-----3 4/8
G2 --------7 --------7 1/8
G3 --------7 --------7
G4 --------0---------2
H1 --------4 5/8-----4 6/8
H2 --------3 5/8-----3 6/8
H3 --------3 3/8-----3 4/8
H4 --------3 1/8-----3 1/8
Spread ----16 3/8

Total 125 3/8

Ive been busy working on refinishing my hardwood floors this week, only been out yesterday. Had a decent 2.5 year old 8 pt come by, a big spike and several does.

Great bucks guys! I had a few problems with my bow and have only been able to get out twice. Didn't see anything the first night and have been quite upset with lack of trail cam pics, but I hunt very urban areas and they've been doing construction in one of the forest preserves I hunt and it seems to be keeping the deer away. Finally got a good sit in the other night and had a basket 9 come in but wouldn't give me a good ethical shot so I let him pass. I'll be out tomorrow night and Monday. Also got final permission to hunt another spot that I know has some giant bucks but it will be semi tough to hunt due to not many trees to put a stand. It backs up to another forest preserve that is loaded with deer and all of these deer have never seen a hunter. Should be interesting, hoping for the best!

Heading out this Wed. for a five day trip. Can't wait to check cameras and do some hunting. Things are just starting to heat up here in MN. Congrats on the nice deer. We have the lead now lets keep it.

Had a good weekend hunting. Saturday morning had a group of 4 bucks walk by me at 25 yds. Two were high 120's and other two were younger but have great potential. Im holding out for a big one for my other buck tag.

Close but no cigar, had 2 real nice bucks pass by behind me at 25 yards, both were studs, one was a 140+ class 8 pt with super long beams, the other was a 155-160" class 10 pt both of which Ive seen before. Unfortunately I couldnt get the camera on the bigger one fast enough to pull of a shot. I was totally caught off gaurd, but I found where they are feeding finally, Ive been struggling to find them. I knew both of these bucks were there, just havent seen them in day light. I first saw them at 5:40 today, and watched them move through an oak flat for 45 minutes. Im moving my stand up the hill about 15 yards, and I will have a camera guy so it should be easy shot if they get within 40 yards. Im crossing my fingers I can get a shot at one this week before muzzleloader season starts this Thursday.

The deer hunting here is wallowing in the October doldrums. One of my two favorite areas has had the heck beat out of it with the first general open season for does in many years. The ones that are left are living under rocks during daylight hours. In my other area, the coyotes are having conventions and the deer have vacated. I think I'll have to spend a week or so sorting them out and hope the deer return for the rut.
